Heimsath Christmas Card 121517.jpg

Merry Christmas and Season’s Greetings from all of us at Heimsath Architects!

The new Létourneau pipe organ for Austin’s Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd is a feature of the recently completed narthex addition to the original 1950’s era worship space. The organ has 30 stops and 32 ranks. The façade displays just 27 of the instrument’s 1,792 pipes. The longest pipe measures over 19 feet long.

The Good Shepherd organ was dedicated last year and is featured on our annual Christmas postcard. We’ll have more postcards on the way in the new year so if you’d like to be added to our mailing list, e-mail us at arch@heimsath.com.
