A church kitchen must strike a balance between commercial and ministry requirements.  Special codes and permits for restaurants and food service generally apply.  Yet the kitchen is often a place for volunteer activities and other ministry gatherings.  We've developed a good overview of church kitchens and what you need to consider when planning for them.
