The River Oaks motor court in Medina is currently undergoing some major renovation and restoration! The twelve long-neglected cabins are being lovingly brought back to life through the work of a dedicated owner, Big Rock Road Construction, Heimsath Architects and their consultants. The finishing touches are being added to Cabin #7 (known as the Listening Room) which features a space for music appreciation and a kitchen with support spaces connected by a covered patio.  A large patio space adjoins an accessible pathway and looks out toward the Medina River.

Work is proceeding on several of the other cabins on the 11-acre parcel at this time, restoring them as much as possible to their original condition while upgrading to meet current ADA standards as required.  Watch our news space for updates!
